Of the entire collection, Dior Homme’s patent leather shoes hold a siren call for me. Beautifully simple, classically elegant, these men’s designer shoes are everything a man should have for a dress shoe. Unpretentious yet overwhelmingly luxurious- the shoes are clean of any markings or brand nomenclature which means two things: 1. People will notice you first and not the brand. 2. You are wearing it for yourself and not to gain the approval of others- and that, is the true mark of a monsieur; a true gentleman.

How to wear patent leather shoes They don’t always have to go with dress pants. You can pair it with casual jeans and cords. Solid colours please; Make sure they’re not jeans with the aged or faded treatments. Because patent leather shoes are a bit dressy, you need to balance your feet with correspondingly strong upper body togs. My recommendations- navy blazer (my favourite), cardigan (always a good choice) or you can go with a black turtle neck (believe me, no one will mistake you for Steve Jobs).
