Tomorrowland Co. Ltd is a brand close to my heart. Slightly older than I am, I’ve been tracking their collections since I first heard of them in Spring 2009. Starting with women’s wear in 1978, Tomorrowland has proven their designer chops with their trendspotting precision showcased in each subsequent men’s collection.
Admittedly, Tomorrowland’s sartorial leanings tend to tilt towards the trendy but there are several classically elegant looks from their 2011 Spring Summer catalogue. A maker of fine men’s, women’s and general goods, Tomorrowland is a Japanese success story working with the likes of Dries Van Noten and using fine textiles from Ermenegildo Zegna. Priced at the Higher-end, it’s no Uniqlo; The American equivalent would have to be Calvin Klein.
Wherever mentioned, the images in the gallery reflect the Tomorrowland Spring Summer catalogue collection. The first 7 images are from their fashion forward stylists- a combination of various labels including Tomorrowland in coherent looks.
